strategy sprint1:1 with kirsten8 weeks · 6 calls

In 8 weeks from tool chaos to AI that works for you.

We build. Not a plan. The AI Business Strategy Sprint is a 1:1 format: you bring your knowledge and your decisions — I build you a running AI system around the biggest lever in your business. Your second brain. Afterwards you operate it alone — and take time back, week after week.

No sales pitch: if another format fits you better, I’ll tell you so.

sound familiar?

Your business runs — from the outside everything looks fine. But it runs through you: every email, every offer, every decision passes through your head. And you’ve long been using AI — a prompt here, a tool there. It helps with individual tasks. But it carries nothing.

The problem is not your diligence — you work more than enough. The problem is that everything hangs on you. Because there was never anyone you could genuinely hand things to.

The strategy sprint turns that around: we build — not a plan for the drawer, but a running system around the biggest lever in your business. So that something finally runs without you.

how it works

8 weeks, 6 calls — and a system that stays

Every call has a clear job. In between I keep building, you make decisions — and watch your system grow.

00

Week 0 — your time audit

Right after booking, before the first call: connect your calendar, a week of time tracking in the background, 1–2 short self-recordings of a typical task. The first aha moment arrives before we even speak.

01

Diagnosis — where your time really goes

We define your yearly and quarterly goals and hold your time audit against them: what pays into your goals, what is sensible, what gets cut? Your goals go into the system as its anchor.

02

Architecture — your biggest lever

Your recordings make your routines visible. Together we decide which lever to build your system around — and what it must look like so you can operate it alone later.

03

Build I — the foundation stands

I build the technical substance, you provide knowledge and feedback. By the end of this call your system works for you for the first time — on real tasks.

04

Build II — the system grows

We expand what works and sharpen what sticks. Your knowledge, your language, your decisions — piece by piece, everything moves into the system.

05

Consolidation — the everyday test

The system runs in your real daily life. We look at it together: what is already taking work off your hands, where does it need polish?

06

Handover — it belongs to you

Handover: you operate your system alone — with everything you need for it. No dependency on me, on an agency, on a tool vendor.

⚡ Between the calls you are never alone: I accompany you across the entire period — questions, feedback, fine-tuning included.

afterwards you have

What stands in your business after 8 weeks

A running AI system around your biggest lever — built, not planned

Your quarterly goals as the anchor: your system keeps reminding you of what really counts

Your most important routines documented — from real recordings, not from memory

In black and white where your time goes — and the first hours per week back

A system that belongs to you and that you operate alone — no dependency

And: a business that finally feels lighter again

honest words

For you. Or not.

✓ for you, if …

  • your business runs well — and exactly that is the problem: it only runs with you
  • you no longer want to “learn” AI, you want it working for you
  • you are ready to bring in your knowledge and your decisions
  • you want a system that belongs to you — and that you operate alone

— not for you (yet), if …

  • you are looking for a strategy plan for the drawer — here we build
  • you still need the Claude fundamentals — that is what the Claude Sprint is for
  • you cannot keep time free for calls and decisions during the 8 weeks

who builds with you

I never start with the tool — I start with your business.

I’m Kirsten — an entrepreneur for over 25 years, more than 10 of them online. Most of my clients are doers who dislike handing things over — because delegating has rarely paid off for them. Exactly why the sprint is guided: you don’t have to understand AI down to the last detail to entrust it with work. I build with you, in your language — no tech-nerd waffle, no pace that leaves you behind. Known from the YouTube channel “KI — aber richtig”.

investment

A system that stays.

No subscription, no hidden costs: one price, 8 weeks, a running AI system in your business — that gives you time back every week from then on.

The entry always runs through a free orientation call. There we look honestly at whether the strategy sprint is your next step — and if another format fits better, I’ll tell you so.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be technically fit?

No. That is the core of the format: you bring your knowledge and your decisions, I build the technology. Afterwards you only operate your system — and operating is far easier than building. Along the way you practice something that goes beyond AI: saying clearly what you want — to a team member who is never annoyed, even at the twentieth refinement.

How much time do I need?

The 6 calls across 8 weeks — plus some time in between, mostly for decisions and feedback. I take on the bulk of the building work. Week 0 practically runs itself: the time tracking works in the background.

What happens in week 0?

Right after booking, your time audit starts: you connect your calendar, a time tracker runs in the background for about a week, and you record 1–2 short videos of a typical task. The result: black on white where your time really goes — before we even speak for the first call.

How does the strategy sprint differ from the Claude Sprint?

The Claude Sprint is the complete Claude introduction in a group: 5 days, all the tools. The strategy sprint is 1:1 and goes much deeper: 8 weeks in which we build a concrete system around the biggest lever in your business — tailor-made, not a course.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

Your system belongs to you and runs without me — the handover makes sure of that. If you want to go deeper afterwards, there is a longer 1:1 mentoring; I deliberately offer it by referral only, not as the next sales tier.

How do I start?

With the free orientation call. We look at your business and your biggest lever together — and decide honestly whether the strategy sprint is the right next step.

8 weeks. Your second brain.

The first step is a conversation — free, honest, non-binding.
