1:1 — we build, you run it
We build your visibility system. After that you run it in four hours a week.
Positioning, website, topics, content machine — the whole chain, built for you. At the end we hand it over and walk you through every step.
Book a call →Being visible is not enough. You have to be visible for what you sell.
Most self-employed people who come to me are not doing too little. They are doing too much — and all of it beside the point. A post here, an article there, all of it done properly, and still nobody asks about the offer.
It is rarely about volume. It is because nobody ever decided what you want to be found for. Without that decision, even the best content machine works hard in the wrong direction.
So we do not start with content. We start with the decision — and then build everything backwards that carries it.
The four stages
What you get found for
We look at what your people actually search for — on Google and in AI answers, with real numbers instead of gut feeling. What comes out is one topic. Not ten. That is the decision everything else hangs on.
The site that says exactly that
We build your website — with a block system you use afterwards to assemble new pages yourself, without having to ask anyone. The site belongs to you: your own hosting, no website-builder subscription, no agency behind it.
Your topics for the next six months
Your finished site produces the topics — derived from what you want to be found for and from what people actually ask. You never sit in front of a blank page again.
The machine behind it
The chain that turns one idea into a finished post and publishes it: idea, recording, text, publication. Each step set up once — after that it runs.
And then: the handover
Once everything is in place, we sit down together again and walk you through every single step. Because a system you cannot operate yourself is just a new dependency. After that it is yours — access, processes, everything.
How this differs from the sprint
website sprint · €1,997
You sit at the keyboard. We sit beside you.
Two weeks, a small group of no more than eight, six calls. Your website moves across or gets a new design — with the content you already have. Plus the SEO setup and the route that turns out finished blog articles.
visibility system · 1:1
We sit at the keyboard. You get it finished.
Over several months, just you. Not only the website, but the whole chain before and after it — and the handover at the end.
The two routes do not lead to the same result. The sprint is stage 2 — it assumes you already know what you stand for. We do not work out your positioning there, and we do not build a content machine there either. The 1:1 adds exactly those parts: the decision before it, the topics after it, and the machine that makes something out of them every day.
Already done the sprint? Then your website is in place. The 1:1 adds the other three stages — that shortens the work and the price.
What you are left with
One topic that holds
A decision backed by numbers — and a yardstick for every post you make from now on.
Your website as property
Your own hosting, no subscription, no agency. You build new pages yourself from ready-made blocks.
Visible in both worlds
A complete SEO/AEO/GEO/SERP setup — found on Google and in AI answers.
A stock of topics
Enough material for months, derived rather than guessed. No more blank page.
The content machine
From idea to published post — the chain stands and runs, even without us.
Four hours a week
That is the effort that remains. For a whole month of visibility.
The same system runs on this website.
I do not sell anything I do not use myself. kirstenbiema.com was rebuilt on 15 July following exactly this chain — and these are the numbers that came out of it.
All figures from Google Search Console, 8 June to 29 August 2026.
And the effort behind it dropped from 16–22 to 3 hours a week. That is exactly the process we set up for you.
For you. Or not.
✓ for you if …
- you work as a solopreneur and your time is worth more elsewhere than on building
- you already make content, but none of it pays into your offer
- you do not want yet another subscription and another service provider, but something of your own
- you want to be at the wheel afterwards — not asking someone else again
— not (yet) for you if …
- you do not yet know what you sell — we settle that beforehand, not here
- you are looking for an agency to post for you indefinitely
- you do not want to touch anything yourself after the build
- you would rather build it yourself — then the sprint is the better and cheaper route
Who builds it with you
I am Kirsten Biema. I work with German-speaking solopreneurs who want to make their existing business smaller, more profitable and more independent with AI — fewer tools, fewer service providers, less complexity, not less profit.
We build as a pair: with Conny Scherer, my business partner for web design. She builds the site, I build the chain around it.
Format & investment
We build your system over several months — exactly how long depends on where you start. Anyone who already has a website or has done the sprint starts later and finishes sooner.
That is why I do not put the price on this page, but name it in the call: I want to see what you already have before giving you a figure that may not fit your case at all.
For context: an agency builds a website, full content automation and SEO/AEO/GEO/SERP setup for €8,000–15,000 — and you stay dependent on them afterwards. With us you get the same system, and we hand it over to you.

Do you really build this for me — or do I end up building it anyway?
We build. You make the decisions only you can make: what you stand for, how you sound, what you sell. Everything that is manual work after that, we do. At the end we hand you the finished system and walk you through every step.
What is the difference from the website sprint?
The sprint is the website — two weeks, small group, €1,997. We move your site across or redesign it, with the content you already have, and show you how to run it yourself. What is not part of it: your positioning and the content machine. In the 1:1 we build all four stages — and we build them, not you.
Which tools do you work with?
Claude for the ideas and the text, Tella or simply your phone for recordings, Blotato for distribution. Which ones you settle on we work out together — and I tell you the running costs openly before you sign anything anywhere. You are not buying a tool here, you are getting a process.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No — on the contrary, that is exactly why this offer exists. The sprint asks for time and nerve to do it yourself. This does not. You need your content in your head and time for a few conversations.
What happens after the four hours a week?
The four hours are what remains: record, review, approve. The rest runs. If you want to put in more time, more comes out of it — but four hours are enough for a full month of visibility.
And if I want to change something afterwards?
Then you do it yourself. That is exactly what the block system and the handover are for. The site is yours, the access is yours, the chain runs in your accounts. You do not have to ask anyone — us included.
Who is this for?
For solopreneurs who have an offer that works and want to become visible for it — without visibility turning into a second full-time job. Not for companies with a marketing department.
Being visible is not enough.
You have to be visible for what you sell.
In the call we look at what you already have — and whether this route is the right one for you. Free, no sales pressure.
